Les Golfes accept returns of products within the first 7 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer, ever they meet the conditions required by the Law 47/2002, which regulates the management of trade.

We will only accept returns previously authorized by Les Golfes. To obtain authorization, the client contact in advance with Les Golfes and once approved, it will receive information on the shipping address for the goods and the conditions for the return is accepted.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and protected in a way that was not received with seals or tapes of transport.

The goods must be received in our warehouse within the 7 days following the acceptance of its return. If it is not received within this period, the return will be rejected.

Upon receipt of the goods and verified that it is in perfect conditions, it will then be refunded.

Les Golfes reserves the right to pay a lesser amount if the material did not arrive in perfect condition and with all its accessories or additions.

The transport costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer. The amount of transport costs of the first delivery will be also deducted from the total amount of the refund.

As general rule we will not accept returns of products whose purchase was made upon request and products that have become discontinued once they have been purchased.

Products damaged by transport:

To be able to handle a claim for damage during transport, it must notify the agency of transportation within a maximum of 24 hours, or if the outer packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, it is better to explain it in the note that you sign while receiving the order. Once the claim, Les Golfes is responsible for collecting the defective product. And once received Les Golfes will ship a product in perfect condition without any cost to the customer.

Defective Product:

Les Golfes is responsible for all costs of delivery to the customer by a defective product, provided that the customer make the claim within the 7 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. After this time only becomes effective the warranty offered by the manufacturer of each product. The conditions and warranty coverage varies in each case. We will tell to the customer to prepare the product to be picked up, packaging it so that it arrives in perfect condition and free of labels and tapes. The address that we point out you must indicate on the outside of the packaging. Les Golfes will order a carrier to move to collect the product and once received we will proceed to send the new one to you. The costs of returns due to customer’s confusion will be borne by the buyer.
